 # Engaging our people

Over the years, Reynaers Group has experienced tremendous growth. In terms of workforce, we have grown from around 100 employees in 1986 to approximately 2,650 today. This transformation prompts us to constantly evaluate and improve our approach to daily challenges, including effective human resources management, talent development and employee satisfaction.
